Stir-Fry Grill

I love to grill meals whenever possible. It keeps my kitchen cool and clean up easy. However, I don’t aways have a lot of time to get dinner on the table so I need shortcuts. This meal is a snap if you take time to prep the vegetables and cut your meat the night before.

This meals works wonderful for whatever meat you choose. Beef, Chicken or Pork. I’ve made it with each, and loved them all.

Stir Fry Grill

1 pound meat of your choice – sliced into strips

I have used Beef Sirloin, boneless Chicken Breast and Pork Loin.

2 packets of Good Seasons Zesty Italian Dry mix.

2 cups Broccoli – cut in small pieces

1 cup Onion – cut in chunks

1/2 cup Green Pepper – cut in chunks

1/2 cup Red Pepper = cut in chunks

1 cup fresh Mushrooms – sliced

I often add some Summer Squash slices and/or Snow Peas if I can get them.

Following directions on the packet, prepare one Good Seasons dressing.

Pour 3 T of the prepared dressing over the meat and stir to cover every piece. Then sprinkle with 2 tsp of the dry mix from the other Good Seasons Packet to give it more flavor.

Pour 1/4 cup of the prepared dressing over the vegetables, then sprinkle them with the remaining dry mix from the other Good Seasons Packet to give them more flavor as well.

Prepare your grill. If I use my pellet grill, I set it at 400 degrees. If I use my Weber Charcoal Grill I start my coals and then push them to the sides so my grill basket will not get direct heat.

Spray oil on your grill basket. (I have two different ones – both purchased years ago from Scheels Home and Hardware – so I’m sure most hardware stores have them.)

Start by gilling your meat to about half done, stirring often. Then add your vegetables. Continue stirring often until your meat is done and your vegetables are tender – yet firm. Serve and Enjoy!
